Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital educational services (online courses and assessments) delivered instantly after successful payment.

Because access is granted immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the course or exam becomes available in the user dashboard.


When Refunds May Be Granted

A refund may be approved only under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Payment
    The customer was charged more than once for the same product.

  2. Failed Delivery
    The product was paid for but did not appear in the user account and support could not resolve the issue.

  3. Technical Error on Our Side
    A platform malfunction prevented reasonable access to the purchased product.

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Not liking the course content

  • Failing an exam/quiz

  • Not completing the course

  • Incorrect purchase selection by the user

  • Lack of required skill or language proficiency


Cancellation

Since products are digital and delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled after purchase.

However, users may request account closure at any time. This will remove future access but does not qualify for a refund.


How to Request a Refund

To request a review, email support within 7 days of purchase and include:

  • Full name

  • Account email

  • Payment receipt or reference

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days.


Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback without contacting support first may result in:

  • permanent account suspension

  • blocking of future purchases

We strongly encourage contacting support so we can resolve the issue quickly.
